It was pulled when it was found that the matching ePub and kepub font sizes also caused issues with the stylus markups breaking. The replacement is 4.25.23646 which again has the font size difference between ePub and kepub.

On the bright side, for 4.25.23646, the Unify Font Sizes patch is working again which seems to allow matching ePub/kepub font sizes without breaking markup.
