Downloaded a fanfic via fanficfare and due to various reasons the chapters are all out of order.

No problem, I'll just edit the ToC so the chapters are in the right order. Except editing the ToC only seems to apply for navigating the book by the ToC. If, for example, you reach the end of the chapter and hit 'next page' it will take you to the next file from the original order, not the next chapter as defined by the TOC. This is manageable I suppose, but I'd still like to actually fix the order.

All of my files are unhelpfully named 'file0001','file0019', etc. To properly reorder the files, I'd have to manually compare the TOC, see what file it's linked to and then reorder that file to be where its supposed to be.

It seems like this should've been an easy problem to solve, one that doesn't involve tediously figuring out that file0052 is actually chapter 2.

Can I somehow reorder the file order to match the ToC? Or can I at least apply the ToC chapter names to the files so they're easier to reorder myself?
