MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - Calibre not shutting down completely when clicking on "X"

So here's what's happening to me. I use Calibre Portable, and have been for over 15 years.

When I try to install the latest update - Calibre Portable 9.3.1, I now get this pop-up and there seems to be no way to actually install the update. There is no sign of Calibre running in Task Manager or Services or anywhere either.

Can anybody help?
