For what it may be worth, I'm still waiting for Audible to support audiobooks on a Kindle in Canada. It's been six years since I first queried Audible Canada about support for Kindles. I've quoted 2 of the responses.

Although Audible Canada does not currently support all of the same site features or offers you were familiar with on Audible.com, we are working hard to create a customized, unique Canadian experience. Many of your favourite features are in development and we hope you'll stay tuned!

One has to feel some pity for the American and other customers forced to accept software that has not undergone extensive technical testing to perfect the product.
