Sending to Device Changes Format (Appears to Change It??)

Sending to Device Changes Format (Well it appears that way). I'm not actually sure what is going on or if this is actually the case.

I tweak all my ebooks so they look the same on my Kobo Glo using Sigil. I've done it for years. I've used Calibre for years and are very comfortable with it.

However, the last 3x ebooks I have sent to the device via Calibre have shown in the Library as Kobo Epub instead of just epub like all the other ebooks on the device. The ebooks don't look any different than any other epub.

I have not changed anything in Calibre (that I realise) or in Sigil and I have been unable to figure out why this is happening.

I send them to the device via right click in calibre -> send to main library.
Both input and output formats in calibre are epub (convert=epub2).

When the ebooks show in this format (Kobo Epub) the Kobo Glo has a different format for everything - including several new icons in the reading interface I have not seen before. It does NOT follow the tweaks I have dictated in sigil -> eg -> Line-space doesn't conform etc.

The only way I can get the device to show them as epub is to side-load them into the root of the kobo drive -> but when I do this, the comments section of the meta data doesn't show exactly what is in the comments section when looking from Calibre (I put the page count in the comments field and it doesn't show when side loaded).

Not sure if I have encountered a bug in Calibre or I've made a change without realising (old age does play havoc!) or what??

I know my Kobo Glo hasn't changed because I don't update it (or connect to the net or wifi so it can!)

Calibre = 9.3.0 (updated today to see if anything changed, but is is still doing it).

Anyone have any ideas what it could be? This has been a recent thing and I know Calibre has made some big version changes recently. Very perplexing for me.

Thanks for any insight.
