The Pocketbook Verse Basic doesn't boast great specs but its 6" display is perfectly readable, it offers the terrific PB UI, it is inexpensive and it is the only Linux-based e-reader with an sd-card.
That's an unbeatable combination for reading in bed.

I find the Kobo Libra 2 with it's 7" screen very easy to hold in bed with one hand.
It's not just the size of the screen, but also the weight of the Reader. I know there have been some 6" Readers that were rather heavy in comparison to the Libra 2,
