I have it working on Windows 11. It is very slow and sometimes I have to archive and then un-archive the book to get it to dedrm in Calibre. I don't have any suggestions to fix the problem you are seeing. I have stopped buying on BN for the most part. I only buy if the book is on sale there and not anywhere else. Good luck.
