The requirements I need to propose are very simple: regarding the enhancement of Sigil's table of contents editing functionality.

Currently, there are two major pain points with Sigil's table of contents editing feature:

1. Inability to select multiple entries, which makes handling messy second or third-level headings exceptionally troublesome.

Therefore, I suggest: in future versions, allow multiple entries to be selected, including using Shift for continuous selection and Ctrl for individual selection.

2. Sometimes, to save effort, we modify books by editing the original table of contents. Some source directory structures are well-organized, but the details are lacking, so we use the automatic table of contents generation feature to save time. However, currently, Sigil overwrites the original table of contents after automatically generating a new one.

Therefore, I suggest: in future versions, add a button under the table of contents editing window labeled "Generate Table of Contents," with a right arrow containing options like "None," "Highest Level 1," "Highest Level 2," … "All," and place the newly generated table of contents directly below the existing one for easy adjustment.

Thank you to the Sigil development team!
