I was just getting back into reading when I got this, and didn't know how nice buttons can be. Also, the Clara was cheaper and has a smaller screen, which is a plus for me because I don't like massive tablets.
As for why I don't get one now, I don't like tossing away electronics that work fine, and this isn't a $260-new-device kinda gripe. But dropping like $80 on some electronics for the chance to make a cool project, that's worth a shot to me.
