More of the same for me.
General idiocies resulting mostly from carelessness. There isn't a "Duchess of Wessex" (from a book about war memorials). Obviously I know whom is meant, but that has never been her title. Similarly, President Kennedy's mother's name wasn't "Rose Fitzpatrick Kennedy", and that's from a book I like a lot, alas.
Vocabulary. "Fulsome" doesn't mean "fully". Also from the war memorial book, which is rife with similar errors such as this and the one above.
And, my perennial. A duke's younger son is a Lord, not an Honourable!
