This was working for me until a few weeks ago. I hadn't made any configuration changes in the plugin settings, so I wonder if a recent release of Obsidian is causing a problem?
Essentially, it appears to be working, the plugin activates and a confirmation dialog pops up. I Can copy to the clipboard from there and it shows the right number of highlights and notes being processed. But nothing is written. And it opens my web browser each time, but not to a page, so presumably it is trying to post to Obsidian and failing.
I tested various URI to verify that such access is working, and it is.
Not sure how to debug from here. I am running Calibre 9.2.1 and Obsidian 1.12.1 on OSX Tahoe 26.2
