Well, I came up with this one that works perfectly fine on regex101, using the python engine:

(?P<author>[^-]+) - (?P<title>[^(\[]+)(?: \((?P<year>\d{4})\))?(?: \[(?P<isbn>[^\]]+)\])?

Doesn't work in calibre however.
