You can easily make one with Kindle Comic Converter (it does ePubs too),
https://github.com/ciromattia/kcc/releases. You can play around with it to see some of the things you might expect from a comic ePub, like right to left page flips or two page spreads.
Here's a really basic example I made up just now of the first three letters of the alphabet. Basically they are just images in a folder and the html code setups a viewport for them. The metadata and ToCs are essentially the same as text based ePub 3s.
