Calibre error message when opened
For about a year I get the following error message every time I open Calibre;
Failed to contact running instance of calibre. Try restarting calibr.
Underneath message are 3 boxes. 1. OK 2. Copy to clipboard. 3. More details.
Below are the details:
(Errno2} No such file or directory: '\\\\.\\pipe\\CalibreGUI-stevex'
b'launched: ["calibre exe"]'
Calibre opens perfectly so I don't know why I'm getting the message or how to get rid of it.
If any one else has this annoyance or knows what to do I'd be grateful.
