Hello everyone, I have this laptop with a motherboard model 37NB-E60U20+4A2, which all indications suggest is a Kobo Mia. The symptoms are a blank screen, a blinking LED, and after trying to reset it for 30 seconds and disconnecting the battery, nothing works. I removed the memory card and tested it with my computer, but when I tried to copy it, it failed. I need help because I'm completely ignorant about this. Can I reuse the same memory card after formatting it? I haven't done that yet. Do I need to recover an image or can I restore the existing one? I would greatly appreciate any help and advice. I would not recommend using the same µSD card so purchasing a new card is recommended. I have made a request to have your Private Messages enabled so I can send you the links once that is done.
