It's not so easy with the Sandisk Ultra 32GB. I was only able to successfully flash it with dmde, and not with every card reader.
Here's a short video. Be careful when selecting "Physical Device"; be sure to select your "mSD Card." This is at 2:12 in the video.
I would still recommend buying a U3 mSD from a reputable manufacturer.
