It's possible that the SD card slot is dirty, the SD card was written with the wrong program, or the SD card isn't compatible with this image. Alternatively, you could try a different card reader.
Writing images to the Tolino Vision 6 (and Shine 4) is particularly tricky. If you've previously written images to Kobo or older Tolino models, this won't always apply to the Vision 6.
Tell me what kind of motherboard you have (6B2 or 6C1), what kind of new SD card you have, and what program you use to burn the SD card.
And what OS is it: Windows 10, 11, Linux or Mac?
