I recently discovered that I had promised to check more of the books for mistakes nine years ago. So I proofed The Light that Failed, The Naulahka, Soldiers Three, The Story of the Gadsbys, In Black and White, The Phantom ’Rickshaw, Life's Handicap, The Day's Work, Traffics and Discoveries, and Puck of Pook's Hill against early editions and corrected thousands of mistakes and variants.
