Thank you. Sadly with a new card and the image the reader doesnt work either. The 3 dots on panel are solid state, cant start/reset the reader. Connected with PC the device manager only see a „unknown device“. When perform a reset while connected to the PC the unknown device disconnect for about 3 seconds and come back again. The display doesnt react anytime. I soldered out the battery for a deep discharge but also no effect
