A little background: I've been looking at this house for over a year. First broker quit/got fired while running my credit, I switched jobs, then second broker couldn't get me a loan (house is not Fannie Mae approved). Third time is a charm  They said I could close as soon as next week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
