Update: I got tailscale running following the steps except for the router-part from @Bertrandization your description. With that, I can connect via tailscale to the KOA3 but not from the KOA3 to any other Tailscale clients (ping doesn't even work). It seems that the KOA3 is missing a "tun" in its kernel and hence cannot make outbound connections. Quite a pity, but at least i can scp files from remote networks to the device now.
