FWIW Series has not been returned for a long time.
Without even looking at it I can confidently guess that it is suffering from the same problem that the Fantastic Fiction plugin has - anti web-scraping measures which I don't have a practical workaround for. If someone can come up with a fix for the FF plugin (to allow generating an AWS cookie token as per that thread) then the same approach could theoretically be applied here.

For now I'm afraid its just going to have to stay broken.
