I've created an additional PR.

As per the PR description, I backported the changes to opf2.py because they wouldn't be reflected in the Kepubify process otherwise.

This means that while Open Manga Format (OMF)-based EPUBs still cannot be opened in the calibre viewer, cover image reading in the library (which allows covers to be saved) and cover image transfer during KEPUB conversion for Kobo eReaders will now work.

Full OMF support is of course the most desirable outcome, but it's a specialized fixed-layout EPUB format only used by Shueisha, and even minimal support is quite useful for reading scenarios on Kobo eReaders.
