Of course the Help pages aren't going to provide directions on using features for models that aren't even running the firmware that has them. IMO, it's simply wild speculation on his part, and a bit of a lame attempt at clickbait. This is the kind of stuff I expect from Bad Ereader, not from The Ebook Reader.
