In order to use this plugin do I "Edit ePub Format" within Calibre then click on the "Check Book" icon? I removed duplicate css tags and I'm clean right now just not sure if epubcheck ran.

NVM figured it out by running the plugin.

EPUBCheck 5.3.0
Validating using EPUB version 2.0.1 rules.
No errors or warnings detected.
Messages: 0 fatals / 0 errors / 0 warnings / 0 infos / 0 usages
