And I don't want do that, if I'm understanding what you wrote. The workflow is:
1. Start Sigil.
2. Run MyPlugin until it completes.
3. Do some Sigil stuff.
4. Run MyPlugin again.
5. Rinse and repeat.
6. Exit Sigil.

So you are saying that wouldn't work?
