Ah, it's probably been a couple years since I've really looked at Kindle for PC I guess. (Easier to use my Kindle for DeDRMing.) In that case, I would think you could decrypt them with the right setup.

ETA: I'd be curious what format they are delivered in. Previously Send to Kindle from NetGalley delivered azw3/kf8 even to Kindles that could handle kfx.
