It adds support for Open-Meteo API. They redistribute data from many National Weather Provider and also publish their own model. The configuration panel of this pre-release version of Taranis has a combo-box to select a data-provider (OpenWeather, Open-Meteo, or one of the seamless models of National Weather Provider as published by Open-Meteo).
Note that Open-Meteo doesn't provide alerts, nor moon data. Also the length of daily forecasts now depends on the selected data provider.
It's a pre-release and I'd appreciate any feedback before release; Keep in mind that translations have not been updated (apart French, my mother tongue).

I'll give it a try, thank you! Mon français est suffisamment bon pour comprendre les prévisions météo
Update: I've installed the RC and selected the Open-Meteo provider in the settings and the weather forecast for this week looks reasonable. Thank you very much for including it!!
I've tried switching back to OpenWeather out of curiosity and their forecast for my city is still incorrect.
Oh and a fun fact: my Vivlio is from Toulouse!
