It's a bit difficult to understand what you mean. Are you trying to register your Kindle and not succeeding? What do you mean by "он не ссылается с приложением на моем телефоне, он не находит его, я использовал два разных устройства, iPhone и Android."? You don't register the Kindle with the phone app. Or do you mean the Kindle is already registered, but not syncing the content with the app on your phone?
