With Adobe ADEPT DRM, it's not easy to get ACSM download links for Japanese eBooks. However, that's not to say it's impossible. For KDRM, Obok DeDRM works, but it seems to have issues in scenarios where the PC has multiple NICs.
A convenient source for getting Japanese eBooks is DMM Books, but using it requires a Japanese VPN (as access from overseas is region-restricted) and an Amazon.co.jp account. You can pay for their point top-ups via Amazon Pay.
