In either case, results seem independent of what country or servers are chosen.
Getting metadata from amazon is a disaster. They change the website too often and you can sometimes get hit with a captcha as well as temporarily being blocked if you try too many times too quickly. It's not worth trying to get it to work. Besides, there are enough mistakes that you'd have to manually validate the metadata anyway. That's why I do it manually because then I know what I have is correct.
