I got a Kobo Gift card for Christmas, so I used it to grab a few books on my wishlist.
The US prices on most of my books remained stubbornly high throughout the holidays, but on a whim I checked Kobo UK and saw that the
Legend of the Condor Heroes books were both much cheaper and
on sale, to boot, so traveling overseas let me complete my collection.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: US buyers really get shafted on book prices.
