I used a couple of AZW3 fixed layout books gathered when D&T via USB feature still existed.

I have verified that AZW3 comics have issues on Scribe Colorsoft and not 2022 Scribe, or Kindle Colorsoft. It appears to be some issue with refresh on the KSC, which is running 5.19.1. It displays as black over the entire image. If you force refresh (e.g. tap at top of page) then page displays as expected.

In this case the title still only downloads as AZW3, and has the same issues.

With another side loaded fixed layout AZW3 (mixed image and text) many pages just display as white, and I could not get page refresh to render them except in page flip mode. No problem on 2022 Scribe.

This is or was available in KFX, and the download of that format behaves as expected. (initially page images didn't scale up, but closing and reopening book made that go away)

I side loaded 'actual books' in KF8 and KFX, those are fine. But these use a completely different rendering system.

So it's an issue with 5.19.1 likely, at least with KSC (we'll see if issue affects any others if and when they get updated).
