Something about your system appears to be causing the Kindle Previewer to be unable to access a temporary file that it creates during the conversion process. I do not know what that might be. Possibly some third party antivirus or other software.
My only suggestion is to update the Kindle Previewer to the latest version.

Updating the Kindle Previewer worked. Weird because I've been using KFX plugin for years with no issue before. Thanks a lot for your responses and coninued development.
