Hi. I've been trying to downgrade my Era device without success. I've followed the instructions in the manual, but unzipping the firmware pack file on the root folder and switching off and on while holding down the backward and forward buttons doesn't work for me. Perhaps a check about the firmware is older than actual?

Is there another method for downgrading a Pocketbook device?
