Re-read what you are doing. You are installing the wrong jailbreak files that do not apply to your device and firmware version.

You need to run the Hotfix, reboot the Kindle, then reinstall MRPI and KUAL. That may be difficult if you hadn't re-enabled OTA first, and if you were running an old version of the Hotfix.
