What app are you using? I don't think Obok works with the Android or iOS Kobo apps, only physical Kobos or the Kobo Desktop app (
https://help.kobo.com/hc/en-us/artic...your-PC-or-Mac). It should pickup the directory to use correctly automatically. Are you using the Obok plugin installed in Calibre?
It works fine for me on Windows 11 anyways, dunno about modern macOS.
