None that I know of.
The design intent of Export/Import was to facilitate transfer of calibre libraries and settings to a 'new' computer ==>>
How do I move my calibre data from one computer to another?. If anything went wrong the user would presumably still have their 'old' computer, so they could do the transfers manually as explained in that FAQ.
But don't delete anything, someone may have a solution.
