Not really a conversion option as in you will end up with kepubs in your calibre library. Select the Use Kobo viewer for ePub books option on the second page of the KoboTouch driver configuration dialog and your ePubs will be converted on the fly to kepub when sent to your Kobo.

Personally, I use the Unify Font sizes patch so the base font size in ePub and kepub is the same. That will not require you to resend the books to your Kobo.
