I had exactly the same issue with my libra 2, especially when I removed and pull back the stock sandisk 32 BG sd card : the led wasn't flashing at all... I thinked it was bricked...

What helped me is the fact than, when I was connecting the device to my computer, I could still hear on windows a device is plugging-in.

Then I ask DNSB for the firmware image, I installed it on a new sd card, and after a couple of reboot try, it started again ! with a fresh now install !

Thanks to this topic and the sames symptoms, I finally find out !
