Aristophanes: 101 Comedies, v1. [English] December 6, 2025

101 collected English translations of the comedies of Aristophanes.
The oldest translation in this collection dates from 1656 (Thomas Stanley), the 'youngest' from 1915 (Winnifred Aynes Hope).
This compilation has been made from (a part of) my own collection of (separate) translations.

Readers, looking for a user-friendly Greek text of these comedies, are encouraged to visit the site of the Perseus Digital Library.

( I am sharing this collection here upon request. Since it is finally here, my hope is that it brings happiness to every other reader of Aristophanes.)
