hello. i have a less than 2 yr old kobo libra 2 model N418. i did not turn it on for a month or so and when I tried to, it was just an empty white display. I tried all the reset that are advised but nothing worked. now I opened it and took out the sd card. my laptop cannot even read the SD card, its saying it needs to be reformatted first.
please send me an img file for it. i want to repair this ebook reader as I have just started reading again. thank you!
