I own two pocketbook touch hd 2 (aka PB631, if I am not mistaken). One of them has the same problem of a "non writeable internal memory". I have tried to apply the solution in pots
#93 with two firmware versions, 5.20.1527 and 5.17.1409 (the oldest one I could find on the official support pages) but did not succeed -> still an "infinite hour glass".
Does anyone have any suggestions on how getting it to work on my pb631? Maybe an even older firmware image?
