Added Full Setup option in the menu to automatically turn wifi on, connect to the device and turn wifi off after connecting, significantly reducing the setup time.

- Add "Wifi Up & Bluetooth On" menu item for quick WiFi+BT enable
- Add "Full Setup" menu item that automates complete Bluetooth workflow:
* Step 1: Enable WiFi (chip power up only, no network connection)
* Step 2: Turn on Bluetooth
* Step 3: Connect to paired device
* Step 4: Refresh device input
* Step 5: Disable WiFi (Bluetooth continues working)
