On my Xiaomi Poco X6 Pro 5G, Android 15, in Termux with Shizuku adb (no root)
well, I got it from their telegram channel url (not really a straight forward way but I managed to get it working): https://t.me/goldendict/171

haven't used adb!

I just sent the apk to phone then installed it with the native package installer.

maybe check Settings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps is needed
