well a resize to 32 worked (i did it with mini tool partition manager with the sd card out of the kobo).
The system newly installed seem to bug when the big partition is set, however after the initial settings are done, extension to the maximum capacity in the sd has been taken successfully, in original firmware and in koreader (obviously
