My device has been stuck on the loading screen for almost the whole day now, even when the screen is in sleep mode. I've tried rebooting the device but as soon as it hits the home screen, it refreshes back to the three-dot loading screen.

However, the weird thing I noticed was that I could still tap on the menus even when the loading screen was active, and it would respond by briefly showing a part of their menu before refreshing back to the loading screen.

I've tried the steps on soft-resetting but I don't think it does anything since the device just sets back to the loading screen.
