Is there any way, using the Tag Mapper, to automatically add a tag if another tag is present?

For example, if a book has the High-Tech & Military Sci-Fi tag, I would like the Tag Mapper to add the Science Fiction tag for me, without removing the High-Tech & Military Sci-Fi tag.
