Jon... Of course directories are supported. You can't organize books by directories but books can be stored in whatever directory you want.

Wait a minute... There is an old mod for Kobo called AutoShelf that creates collections/shelves based on the folder an Epub is in. See https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=254554
