It has been very hit-or-miss for me in the last few months. Some days, the "Kindle Daily Deals - today only" section is near the top of the Deals page for me, and some days it's further down. And some days it's not there at all, or has only old books at high prices, looking as if the books weren't changed out, and the previous day's list has just reverted to normal prices. Today, for me, right now, it's the second set of deals listed.
One nice thing though, IMO at least, is that when it does exist, it seems to be a shorter selection, with less dross to wade through.
And I don't really miss it that much anyway, since many days I barely make it through my eReaderIQ notifications, which tend to be more on point, and more worth my time if I'm going to be limited on time.
